Hello,

I have an Italian forum.

I tried to make alot of social bookmark's backlinks to some subjects

but I always get my subjects indexed after 24 hours

That seems quite fast to me, Google likes social bookmarking sites.
are they high PR bookmarking sites.

It seems quite fast to me also. As the popularity of your site raise your website subject indexed more frequently.
