My site's ranking get down randomly now is showing in 6th page but before it was on top page so do i have to continue My SEO Work Or not ? :(

Ranking is not stagnant. There is lot of variation because of penguin effect. So just focus on white hat seo.

Yes you are absolutely right.Penguin badly affected on spam links.Remove spam links and duplicate content.Increase only quality links.

1.Duplicate content
2. spamming
3. over promotion of SEO
