Which Links is useful from this ??

1. One Way
2. Two Way (Reciprocal)
3. Three way (Link Wheel)

Please rate this thee link building techniques, and also share if you have any new techniques for the link buildings.

Link building the natural way (1way) is the best...I am not a big advocate of link exchanging/ trading and hence I wont quite encourage you on 2way or 3way linking. The very simple reason of not accepting link exchange is that- the two websites are favoring each other and clearly telling search engines that they do not believe in gaining authority naturally.

Google gives value to only one way linking nowadays.

Yes, seems Google ranks sites that have one way links with Bing and Yahoo favoring reciprocal links.
