To developing a website, Flash is always first choices because it provides great looks of your website. But flash can�t provide you an SEO friendly website.

Because the text, links and elements used in flash is stored in �SWF� file. So whenever the search engine crawler indexing the website they cannot read the content of and �SWF� file.

External links are more significant to link web pages on one server to the web pages on the further server. But it is not possible if you used flash in your website because search engine crawling will limit to only one page not whole website.

Flash website takes more time in loading the website because its contents always buffered, so buffering always need more time. If your website takes more time in buffering than the website bounce rate chance may be increased.
