Netflix down 6.2% on B of A/Merrill note

Shares of Netflix Inc. NFLX were down 6.2% after B of A/Merrill Lynch cut its 2012 earnings forecast for the online video provider, citing costs related to the company's international expansion and the possibility that U.S. streaming growth could stall.
