Average income for SEO salesperson
 

I am looking to join an SEO company who provides the following services starting at a minimum of 1k/mo.-

Web Design
SEO
Social Media Marketing
PPC

This deal sounds almost too good to be true and I just want to do some research, so any information is greatly appreciated. Here goes-

What is the average number of sales for an SEO sales person with a 1k/mo minimum selling price?

Is it realistic to say this position is capable of making 80k+ in a mid size market (220,000 businesses in the metro area)?

Also, I will be calling on companies based only in the local market so local presence will play a factor (I think).

I have been in Ad sales for 10+ years a looking to move into the SEO/Internet marketing field and just want to be sure this type of income is attainable, or are they just throwing "pie in the sky" numbers at me to get me to pull the trigger. Again, any info is greatly appreciated. Pros and Cons as well.
