Word Press is the best for creating a blog.because a blog created in Word press is easily indexed in Google.Also in Word Press lot of features are available for making blog more attractive.I personally use the word press blog.

Wordpress is best... rest of them are good too but i would prefer Wordpress....

Both of them are really good. But I guess wordpress is very strict about their rules compare to blogger. If I am you, I may go for blogger.

Word press is the best in SEO point of view, because blogger don't have the option of on-page seo like h1, h2, h3 header tags that is the important part of on-page seo.

both of them is a great blogging platform but they have a lot of differences...wordpress can easily detect a spam blog creation while on blogger you can easily create one...
