Koddos seems good. I`ve also heard many good things about Incapsula DDoS protection. Not sure about the costs but I use them for WAF protection (Business plan) and so far, so good.

Last week we've signed for Incapsula DDOS Evaluation and got an official offer. Won't post any details, but the prices are very fair and the service is excellent so far. We are DDOSed or a regular basis (usually small stuff - 100MB>) and 2 attacks were already stopped seamlessly.
So....... so far - so good.

Why to spend on such a service when you can do it all by yourself. Try reversing the proxy and add a script that blacklists/filter all bad ips. I have implemented this technique for my website too and it works like a charm...Just try it yourself and if you need any help feel free to contact me..
