First understand what is bounce rate is. Bounce rate increases when a visitor simply left your page without interacting with the page or without clicking on any link on that page.

You need to provide good and interesting content on the page so that visitor spend some time on your page. Also look that visitor can interact with the page, you can ask for a comment, add some polls & votes, provide something interesting like gift coupons, access to an e-book, asking to share this information or page, etc. this will definitely help you to reduce bounce rate.
