What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?
 

Hi All!

In this case the delivery is made to the neighbors, only if they agree to take the delivery on receiver's behalf. But we would like to mention in case
of locked premises or wrong address, we would not be responsible for any kind of re-delivery of the order.
What happens if the recipient is not at home or at the delivery address?
