XML is Not a Replacement for HTML

Hello friends!!
It is important to understand that XML is not a replacement for HTML. In most web applications, XML is used to transport data, while HTML is used to format and display the data.If anybody have any suggestion about it.Plz share!!!

A person who knows both the languages HTML and XML can never even have a though like that. XML and HTML both are different languages and have their different roles.

Kunalmathur 02-04-2013 04:47 AM

Yes, I am agree with you.

Hello

Both html has the different purpose like xml is used for search engine and html is used for users.

Hope you understood.

johnstephan25 02-11-2013 11:36 PM

Of course its understood that both are different so how they cant use as replacement, xml is for search engines while HTML is for humans.
