What do you mean by Cloaking?Can anyone explain it PLz. I know Google is the way where i can get about it. But I tried it there and i don;t understand Properly.

In simple language it's a deceptive method used to cheat search engines in order to rank well for desired keywords. In other words, the management of the site that would see different content or information that Google or other search engine bot robot reading the site.

I would say cloaking should not be used as a SEO techniques, as google is discounting these kind of techniques and is considered as black hat techniques.
