Link Building

I am still using forum comments, blog comments, article submission and social bookmarking techniques in off page SEO techniques.I have some confused in article submission.I put only one link in article body.

When you submit your article in different articles sites,how many links put in article body and resource box?

As per my view,
3 link is sufficient in which 1 in body and 2 in resource bio.
