And be patient :) - Google updates pagerank only a couple of times a year - 2-4 I heard.

Update your website every day by adding more unique content. Provide inside linking to your website. Google Page rank is based on back links. Back links are Links pointing to your website from another website. The more back links you have the higher your PR will be.
