Screening long tail keywords
 
1, do before SEO to do website localization

Yes, Long tail keywords are easily rank on google. And if you want to do PPC by using long tail keywords then it would be difficult because most of the people target long tail keywords in PPC.

long-tail keyword will bring higher conversion rate than short keyword.

I agree with beetwist. Long tail keywords brings more conversion then broad keywords. For SEO, they are easy to bring on top.
