On page SEO refers to all SEO work done on the actual web site itself. It is basically everything besides Social Media and backlinks.

H1 tags, meta tags, unique content it's all part of on page seo.

In on site seo we use submit content and page data and also develop meta tags and meta descriptions.

"On Page" SEO simply refers to the text and content on your web site pages. Basically editing your page and content so the Search Engine can find your webpage when a surfer is searching for your web sites particular topic.

Onpage SEO includes good and unique content,title tags,urls,internal links,outbound links,headings etc..

On-page SEO is one type of SEO activities. The other type is Off-page activities.
