Now there is no way you can optimize your website directly with Yahoo because recently Yahoo's search algorithms has been merged into Bing Search. So, you need to concentrate on Bing optimization (and it will be automatically reflected to the yahoo search).

So, aiming Bing will also be a targeting to the Yahoo!
