.htaccess Redirect 301

I have website with PR2 but recently my ISP have some issue with DNS, my website is not accessible from my ISP users. I decide to register another domain and upload website, I use .htaccess redirect 301 command from old PR2 website to tell google that is permanently closed and redirect and transfer backlinks and PR to new domain. It works OK but now my new domain does not have PR2 ! it is PR0 ! Is annybody had have similar problem?
