which sitemap is best xml or html?

I am new in seo field, so i need your help to know that which sitemap is much better XML or HTML, so please share your reviews about it.

use both(one for search engines and another for humans)

In SEO purpose both Sitemap are very important. Html sitemap is useful for website visitor and Xml site map is useful for crawler. So both sitemap are necessary for website which are ooptimized for SEO.

sitmaps actually really do not effect seo that much they just allow the crawlers easier navigation through your website

According to my opinion Both is very important, helpful and usefull ..

Both are good for SEO point of view but I prefer XML because it is for search engines which helps them to recognise a website and index all URLs and store them in its database.

html is the best for sitemap, so you can use it I hope you can best reward from that.

Both sitemap ( .xml and .html) is beneficial for sites search engine ranking. one (.xml) is for crawlers to crawl the pages and other is used for users who visits your sites.

both are very important for every site , but xml sitemap 1st need after then you can create html sitemap , boz HTML for Humans, XML for Search Engine.

help people find what they are looking for. This can also be crawled by the search engines

XML Sitemap is designed for robots from the SEs. People do not use this to find the content that they are looking for.

You should use both for your site.
