I have a question about link trades
 

I run a blog and to get some traffic I want to change with some similar blogs. I want to create a page where named "Partners" where I collect the links and banners of all my partners. They in return link to me with a text link or banner or their site.
url if I'm correct does not like "I link to you and you link to me". Am I correct?
