If Google make any changes in Algorithm, that time SERP is fluctuate. That is called Google Dance.

When website ranking is changed very early like 3-4 hours then that time is the time for Google Dance.

Google dance is basically the changing of algorithms and this happened when search engine are making the updates.

Google dance is period where the ranking position of your website drops down suddenly. It is a kind of Google algorithm and when it activates it is definitely harmful for a website.
