You should focus on 3 to 4 word long tail keywords. Get rid of one and two word keywords, especially "10 interesting, albert, facts," and replace with terms people actually search for.

Blogging today, is not what it was 10 years ago :)

A lot of work need to be put into creating great quality content and authority on google to get organic traffic today.

On-page optimization is important, but it wont get you ranking high on google. Also, creating backlinks via link farms wont help either.
