Can anyone please tell me, What is the disadvantages of Social Media Marketing? Please share you feedback.

Disadvantages of Social media marketing:
1. spam detection.
2. risk of negative comments or compliance.
3. Companies doesn't have clear goals and objectives on how to use it.
4. Companies have difficulty to measure the results of social media ad.
5. No short time Return On Investment.

Social media can be very time consuming and it is sometimes difficult to measure ROI.
