Hello,

I am building a promotional website for a friend. But he wants to be able to have a blog and update his own media (pictures & movie clips). My thought is I may have to implement a CMS of some sort since I do not know any back end scripting/database.

Any suggestions or if there is an alternative method besides a CMS for these tasks.

Please help.
