Hi,

you need to look your keywords at first then do mapping for each keywords and define which urls will be good for your keywords. Once you will have all the list of keywords and pages then you can rewrite your inner pages urls according to your keywords for that pages. Try to keep small url using your keywords that will help to improve your website ranking.

You know, I read somewhere that URLs are not nearly as important for search engines as they used to be. Now with that being said, it probably makes sense to still have some keywords in there when possible. As long as it seems natural.

use limited url's which map with the keywords which helps in ranking your website
