Try Rockhoster.com VPS hosting (OpenVZ and KVM). It is quite a decent host in all regards, the setup time was amazing, the quickest i've experienced yet, the only disadvantage is the stats service, only basic stats are given although they say the busy improving this.

They also have an excellent customer support and I've always received quick replies to my queries. I am very satisfied with KVChosting SSD hosting service and I don't see myself changing webhosts in the future.
