Hi, has anyone had covid 19 and survived it? I have it at the moment and i dont have a fever but my back is literally killing me, so painfull...Is that a normal symptom that my muscles are killing me?

I hope you get better soon! Personally, I don't face this virus but I do my best to strengthen immunity system. Do you take vitamins? If yes which ones? I've heard it's essential to drink plenty of water and do not take antiviral drugs. I bought a lot of meds at online pharmacy just in case but hope I won't need them.
