How long does it take for an inmate to receive a JPay?

I don't know for sure but usually, it depends on the situation. You can apply to jpay customer service and figure out all the details. If your state has Jpay tablets, it can be as fast as our regular emails on the outside, in other words pretty immediately. Hope it helps.
