The human body receives almost all the necessary substances through food and water. The composition of food products and their properties directly affect health, physical development, ability to work, emotional state and, in general, the quality and length of life. To organize my nutrition, I am using an official resource https://betterme.world/articles/1600-calorie-meal-plan/ which is a special meal plan, helping to control and to avoid various different difficulties with weight and health problems.
