Thanx to google I have found the way out. Check it out https://www.diskinternals.com/vmfs-r...ir-vmdk-files/ and be ready to restote your data fast. Mind that the primary function of a VMDK file is to store all the contents of virtual machine on a hard disk drive. Simply give it a try. Hope it will make sense for you
