Look for a minimum uptime of 99%. In fact, even 99% is actually too low - it really should be 99.5% or higher.
I was impressed by Aspnix.com EU dedicated servers - think that you will make right decision to choose their hosting services. So far, you will experience any downtime, and the servers will be fast.
