How to buy tshirt designs that I can reprint and sell
Can I post here asking to see designs, then buying the rights to the design for a onetime fee? Does it work like that? I will be printing and selling the shirts with the designs I purchase, but do I need any special kind of legal contract between the buyer (me) and seller for this type of thing?
Also, can I instead make a contract with the designer so that I just pay them a % of every shirt sold instead of a flat dollar amount? If you couldn't tell, I'm new to the clothing business, and any good advice would really be appreciated. Thanks.
