Generally people will lose weight more quickly at first but as your body adjusts you will begin to lose weight at about 1 to 2 pounds a week. As far as the types of meals to have when you're consuming 5 or 6 small meals a day in order to lose weight quickly, then you are best to follow a low carbohydrate, low allergen, detox diet.
