I've a quick look at your site.

The interface and design is quite well-organized - simple and functional, without any bright annoying elements, no pop-ups and ad abuse

The navigation seems to be handy as well. It's quite cleae what to click on and where you should go

Maybe you should place your social networks links to upper corner of you page, not in the bottom as you have now. It'll be more convenient, i'm sure.

You can also make your round images linked to what they are stating not just "read more" button
