Real PR is calculated to many decimal places in Google's private back end. It's not the kind of PR you see on the toolbar, which many people call TBPR. Your actual PR is changing daily, but you can't see those changes reflected on the toolbar...(because Google doesn’t want its users to be obsessed with this tiny metric).

There are many plug-ins available to help you know PR of your webpages. I’ve been using SEO chrome.
