1. Create a good article with good content (minimum 3 to 5 article per day would be better), that have a fresh, "hot", interesting informative content and useful for other, or at least can make the other want to create comment or question that related to your article.
2. Create back link (as many as you can BUT remember do not Spamming) to other sites, forum or blog that have a same or related content to your article. It would be better if the other sites you put your link have a good hits or high google page rank
3. Remember to put the link of your article on social network like facebook, twitter, etc
