PPC is Pay Per Click, you will basically be charged every time someone clicks on one of your Google Adverts, you can set these adverts up to appear on certain keywords. PPC is good if you want instant results, you can go from 10 hits a day to 1,000 and more depending on your keyword. Be aware that if your keyword has lots of competition you will be charged allot per click.
You should ideally run an organic campaign along side a PPC campaign
