I can barely use it, because of all the pop-up ads. No professional website has that many pop-up ads. Also website is quiet slow, maybe consider changing hosting service. These two things might increase bounce rate, because people tend to avoid slow and spam websites.
A lot of people today use mobile phones to surf the internet so you should try and increase Mobile User Experience as well, since, according to Google Insights, your site gets only 66 points out of 100 in user experience.
