Just created a post about this. If your website is new then you can try http://www.bulklink.org/ service to get backlinks. There are four options to get backlinks to your site. You can choose 1 or all 4. That's up to you. I have been testing one of my new sites with that service to check whether site's alexa goes down. It's worth to try I think.
