If it was long back when you have optimized the website and still your website is not ranking, then it is a high time to change the keywords. Make sure you are targeting the right keyword and promoting the website in the target audience.
Take some time and come up with the right keyword for your website. To know which keywords will be helpful do competitor analysis you will get some idea.
