Android is good but it depends on which phone manufacturer you choose. Android is a very good mobile OS but not all the android phones are good to all the phone manufacturers. Iphone on the other hand has a good OS and a very decent spec phone built for quality.
Personally I would still choose an Android phone from Sony, HTC, LG or any of the top manufacturers.
