Well, long tail keywords are very specific to your services and products that you are selling. It generally contains two or three keyword phrases. These help in increasing in conversions if you target long tail keywords because people are now searching very specific to their requirements.
Exmaple: "Website designing" is a service and "website designing in <location>" OR Website designing services in <location>" OR "website designing agency in <location>" OR "website designing services for small businesses" etc.
These are the examples of long tail keywords.
