Hypothetically, I inherited 100 acres of farmland (more like 500 but) and more likely, I snatched it up from people who couldn't pay the taxes on it. I'm not kicking anyone off but I don't farm. What do I do with it? I don't want to sell it. I just thought it would be cool to own it.
