Press "Win-R" to open the Run dialog window. Type "ping www.somewebsite.com" without quotes and press "Enter." Use your actual website address or an IP address in place of "www.somewebsite.com." Look at the four "Reply" lines for each packet's round-trip time in milliseconds.
