go to a Hindu Temple some distance from me when I can. I was not raised in the religion, and so I have a lot of questions.
Ok, my temple has this system where you can purchase a ticket downstairs, and then upstairs they have these bags of fruit which purchase with the ticket. But then what do you do with this bag? I know that people offer them to Sri Venkateshwara, to whom this temple is dedicated. But I would like to understand the exact procedure so that I can offer the fruits as well. People in my temple speak many languages and some are not good with English. So I'm always reluctant to just ask.
