OK. 50 year old house. Badly peeling paint on wood on the "ceiling" of the porch - under the eaves. We've pressure washed. We've tried scraping. Even applied a stripper. Then tried sanding - but it's really NOT working very well... Is there something easier that I just don't know about. It's flaking all over..... but doesn't want to come off.
