1) you can increase traffic by Article submission, press release submission, social media submission etc.

2) Forum is not only the way where you can get backlinks, there are many platform are available where you can get backlinks.

3) If you want to backlinks by forum then you need to add url link to forum profile as well as need to add url on forum signature link by this process you can get good traffic as well as backlinks from forum.
