I would say IT Consulting is when an individual or team of experts use their knowledge of technology to benefit a person or business. There are the obvious benefits like fixing viruses, slow internet connections and malfunctioning programs but there is a larger picture which we try to focus on, which is to use technology to increase work flow, increase reach and ultimately leverage technology into growing your business.
