Hi! Since I am wearing contact lens for fashion purposes, I make sure that I replace them as recommended by the manufacturer. I make sure my lens cases are also clean. I see to it as well that I give my eyes a break from the computer screen. Another thing is, I make sure there's enough light when reading so as not to force my eyes to read.
