You can easily check any hyperlink, which one is No-follow or No-follow by checking its inspect element.
You will get results like this -

Example of Nofollow Link:
<a href=”http://www.google.com/" rel=”Nofollow”>Google</a>

Example of Dofollow Link:
<a href=”http://www.google.com/">Google</a>
